I will say, I started to see the light at the end of the tunnel around 6 months, but it wasn't until 9 months that I could say I survived the twins. 6 months is when things started to calm just enough that I could start recognizing the fun moments. 9 months is when the spitting up stopped and they both truly slept through the night. Now, at almost 17 months, I think we're really starting to reap the benefits of having twins. They play together so well, which gives me a few snapshots of alone time during the day. It's also so awesome to watch them play together. I am constantly thankful that they have each other and will always have each other. I can't even imagine there only being one baby, they would be so bored! I can't say that they are easy to take out to dinner or around town running errands...that's always a crapshoot, but anything is easier than the first 9 months!
